मेरी नाक पांच महिनों से बार बार सोते वक्त बन्द हो जाता है जिससे श्वास लेने मैं बहुत दिक्कत होती है इससें में काफी परेशान हु ,कृपया कोई मेडिशिन को बातये, मैने ईएनटी चिकित्सक को भी दिखाई एलर्जी के नाम पर 5 महीने डॉप्स और दवा चली लेकिन राहत नही मिली कृपया आप मुझे सुझाव के साथ दवा भी बताए.. धन्यवाद

यह समस्या मुख्यतः ‘कफ दोष’ के बढ़ने और नासिका मार्ग में अवरोध के कारण हो रही है। ठंडी, भारी और धूल वाली चीज़ों से कफ बढ़ता है, जिससे नाक बार-बार बंद होती है, खासकर रात में। इसके लिए कफ को संतुलित करना और नासिका को साफ रखना जरूरी है। —Rx (औषधि) 1)Tab. Tribhuvan Kirti Ras – 1 गोली, दिन में 2 बार, गुनगुने पानी से 2)Sitopaladi Churna – 3 ग्राम, दिन में 2 बार, शहद के साथ 3)Talisadi Churna – 3 ग्राम, दिन में 2 बार, शहद के साथ 4)Septilin Tab. Septilin – 2 टैबलेट, दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद 5)Anu Taila / Shadbindu Taila (नस्य) – 2-2 बूंद, दोनों नासिका में, सुबह-शाम ---- Advice (परहेज व जीवनशैली) ठंडी, तली-भुनी, दही व डेयरी से परहेज धूल, धुआं, AC की ठंडी हवा से बचें दिन में 1–2 बार भाप लें गुनगुना पानी पिएं — Follow-up 7–10 दिन बाद पुनः जांच

Shadbidu thailam 2 drops—0-----2 drops at 0600AM and at 0600PM, For 90 days. 2. Dasamoolakatutrayam kwatham 10ml—0----10ml + 3.
