kaan mein seetiyon jaisi awaaz aana (jise modern science mein Tinnitus kaha jata hai) sirf kaan ki problem nahi hoti, iska seedha sambandh aapke pachan tantra aur vata dosh se hota hai. kaan mai seetiyo ki awaaj ka seedha link aapke pet ki samasyao se hai. agar aapka pachan ache se hoga to poshan milega aur dheere dheere ye awaazein khud hi kam ho jaengi. ab isko theek karne ke liye aapko 3 level par kaam karna hoga: 1. aushadhi (medicines) dadimashtak churna + ghee ke sath 1/2 chammach churna ko halka garm ghee ke sath din mein 2 baar le → ye agni ko sudharta hai aur vata ko shaant karta hai hingwashtak churna + chach (buttermilk) ke sath khane ke baad 1/2 chammach churna chach ke sath le → gas, afara aur pachan ki problem ko door karta hai 2. aahar (diet) kya khaye: garam, halka aur easily digest hone wala khana moong dal ki khichdi gehu ki roti + ghee lauki, tori, parwal jaise halka sabzi adrak, jeera, ajwain ka use badhaye chach (buttermilk) din mein ek baar zaroor le kya na khaye: thanda, fridge ka khana dahi raat ko bakery items, maida, fast food zyada teekha, khatta aur fried food cold drinks 3. jeevan shaili (lifestyle) der raat tak jagna band kare (vata badhta hai) khana same time par khaye khane ke turant baad na soye halka walk zaroor kare samajhne wali baat jab pet saaf nahi hota ya gas banti hai, to vata upar ki taraf badhta hai aur kaan mein “seetiyon” ki awaaz, gunjan ya humming create karta hai. isliye asli ilaaj kaan ka nahi, pachan aur vata ko theek karna hai. agar aap is routine ko 3–4 hafte lagataar follow karenge, to aapko farq dikhna shuru ho jayega.
