Struggling to Conceive After One Child - #51709

Iam 43 year old having one daughter of 10 years. Now, trying to conceive but couldn't through I have taken online medicine in which she gave me fal ghrit includingkanchanar gugglu and beej pushti due to whichmy periodwhichwas for two days converted into one Day. Now, also having heel spur for which lakshadi gugglu, asthisandh and dhanvantri tel capsule with agnikarma.also taking shivlingi daily with warm mishri wala doodh. Now, conceive or not having amh 1.51 andall things are fine otherwise.
