How can I check my nadi at home to confirm pregnancy after missing my period? - #55505
My name is Padmashri. I'm married since October and got my periods over 3 times after marriage. I got checked with thyroid symptoms and took medications. I'm planning a pregnancy now. I lowered my thyroxine rate now. How can I check nadi at home for pregnancy? (Since I missed my period date).

In Ayurveda, changes in Nadi (pulse) may reflect hormonal and body changes, but checking pregnancy only through Nadi at home is not considered a reliable confirmation method. A missed period with nausea can be an early pregnancy sign, but the best first step is to do a home pregnancy test using first morning urine after 5–7 days of missed periods. Since you have a thyroid history, continue monitoring your thyroid levels regularly because proper thyroid balance is very important for healthy conception and pregnancy. Ayurvedic supportive tips: Take proper rest and avoid stress or overthinking. Eat warm, nourishing foods like milk, ghee, fruits, moong dal, and dry fruits. Avoid excessive fasting, junk food, and late nights. Gentle pranayama and positive sleep routine may help hormonal balance.
