सबसे पहले यह समझना जरूरी है कि 24 वर्ष की उम्र में यदि स्तनों (Breasts) का विकास बहुत कम हुआ है, तो इसके पीछे हार्मोनल कारण, कम वजन, आनुवंशिक (Genetic) कारण, या शरीर की प्रकृति जिम्मेदार हो सकती है। इसलिए कोई भी ऐसी दवा नहीं है जो 100% गारंटी के साथ स्तनों का आकार बढ़ा दे आयुर्वेद में इसे धातु क्षीणता, अल्प पोषण तथा हार्मोनल असंतुलन से जोड़ा जाता है। शरीर को अंदर से पोषण देने पर धीरे-धीरे सुधार देखने को मिल सकता है। 1. शतावरी कल्प 1-1 चम्मच सुबह और रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। यह स्त्री हार्मोन संतुलित करने और शरीर को पोषण देने में सहायक मानी जाती है। 2. अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम रात को दूध के साथ लें। शरीर का वजन बढ़ाने, कमजोरी दूर करने और मांसधातु पोषण में सहायक। 3. सफेद मुसली चूर्ण 2–3 ग्राम दूध के साथ सुबह लें। शरीर को बल और पोषण प्रदान करती है। 4. स्तन क्षेत्र की मालिश प्रतिदिन 10–15 मिनट हल्के हाथों से तिल तेल या नारायण तेल से मालिश करें। इससे स्थानीय रक्त संचार बेहतर होता है। पौष्टिक आहार प्रतिदिन आहार में शामिल करें: दूध, घी, मक्खन बादाम, अखरोट, काजू खजूर, अंजीर मूंग दाल, पनीर तिल और अलसी के बीज योग एवं व्यायाम नियमित रूप से: भुजंगासन उष्ट्रासन गोमुखासन धनुरासन इनसे छाती की मांसपेशियां मजबूत होती हैं और शरीर का आकार बेहतर दिखाई देता है। महत्वपूर्ण सलाह यदि मासिक धर्म अनियमित है, वजन बहुत कम है, या शरीर के अन्य स्त्री-संबंधित विकास भी कम हैं, तो एक बार हार्मोन जांच (Estrogen, FSH, LH, Prolactin, Thyroid Profile) करवाना उचित रहेगा। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टि से शतावरी कल्प + अश्वगंधा + पौष्टिक आहार + नियमित योग 3–6 महीने तक करने से शरीर के पोषण में सुधार आ सकता है, लेकिन स्तनों के आकार में कितना परिवर्तन होगा यह व्यक्ति-विशेष पर निर्भर करता है। इसलिए किसी भी “100% गारंटी” वाली दवा या विज्ञापन पर विश्वास न करें।

••नमस्ते। सबसे पहले तो मैं यह कहना चाहूंगा कि आप बिल्कुल भी परेशान या असहज (uncomfortable) महसूस न करें। 24 साल की उम्र में शरीर पूरी तरह से विकसित हो चुका होता है, लेकिन कई बार जेनेटिक्स (पारिवारिक बनावट), हार्मोनल असंतुलन (Hormonal Imbalance), पोषण की कमी या शरीर के कम वजन के कारण स्तनों का विकास अपेक्षा के अनुरूप नहीं हो पाता। ••आंतरिक पोषण के लिए आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Internal Medicines) ये दवाएं शरीर में उन हार्मोन्स (जैसे एस्ट्रोजन) को प्राकृतिक रूप से संतुलित करती हैं जो स्त्री अंगों के विकास के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं। शतावरी चूर्ण (Shatavari Churna): फायदा: यह महिलाओं के लिए सबसे उत्तम हर्बल टॉनिक है। यह एस्ट्रोजन लेवल को प्राकृतिक रूप से सुधारता है और टिश्यूज को पोषण देता है। सेवन विधि: 3 से 5 ग्राम (लगभग 1 छोटा चम्मच) शतावरी चूर्ण, रोज रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। लागत: यह बहुत सस्ती होती है (डाबर या बैद्यनाथ का 100g पैकेट लगभग ₹100-150 में मिल जाता है)। अश्वगंधा चूर्ण (Ashwagandha Churna): फायदा: अगर आपका वजन कम है या शरीर कमजोर है, तो यह मांसपेशियों और टिश्यूज का मास (mass) बढ़ाने में मदद करता है। सेवन विधि: आधा चम्मच अश्वगंधा चूर्ण सुबह नाश्ते के बाद दूध के साथ लें। 2. बाह्य मालिश (External Massage Oil) रक्त संचार (Blood Circulation) बढ़ाने और वहां की मांसपेशियों को टोन करने के लिए मालिश बहुत जरूरी है। श्रीगोपाल तेल (Shri Gopal Taila) या शतावरी तेल: फायदा: यह आयुर्वेद का एक शास्त्रीय तेल है जो मांसपेशियों के विकास और दृढ़ता के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। विधि: रोज रात को सोने से पहले इस तेल की 5-6 बूंदें लेकर हल्के हाथों से नीचे से ऊपर की ओर (Upward/Circular motion) 5 से 10 मिनट तक मालिश करें। मालिश बहुत हल्के हाथों से होनी चाहिए। 3. आहार और पोषण (Dietary Changes) दवाओं के साथ-साथ सही डाइट होना बहुत जरूरी है, क्योंकि बिना सही पोषण के दवाएं पूरी तरह काम नहीं कर पातीं। सोया उत्पाद (Soy Products): सोयाबीन, सोया चंक्स या टोफू को अपनी डाइट में शामिल करें। इनमें ‘फाइटोएस्ट्रोजेन’ (Phytoestrogens) प्रचुर मात्रा में होता है जो स्तनों के विकास में सीधे मदद करता है। स्वस्थ वसा (Healthy Fats): दूध, घी, बादाम, अखरोट और कद्दू के बीज (Pumpkin seeds) खाएं। केला और दूध: अगर आपका वजन कम है, तो रोज 2 केले और एक गिलास दूध का सेवन करें। 4. कुछ जरूरी व्यायाम (Chest Exercises) मांसपेशियों को उभारने के लिए दवा के साथ ‘Pectoral Exercises’ बहुत मदद करती हैं: पुश-अप्स (Push-ups): आप घुटने जमीन पर रखकर (Knee push-ups) या दीवार के सहारे (Wall push-ups) रोज 10-15 बार करें। भुजंगासन (Cobra Pose): यह योग आसन छाती के हिस्से में ब्लड सर्कुलेशन को बहुत बेहतर बनाता है। 💡 एक महत्वपूर्ण डॉक्टर सलाह आयुर्वेद में कोई भी हर्बल दवा जादू की तरह 2-3 दिन में काम नहीं करती। “100% काम करने” के लिए आपको कम से कम 3 से 6 महीने तक लगातार इन उपायों को अपनाना होगा। यह पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है और इसका शरीर पर कोई बुरा असर नहीं पड़ता।
