Ayurveda ke anusaar yeh Artava Kshaya (कम मात्रा में periods) aur hormonal imbalance / stress ke kaaran ho sakta hai. Kam flow, severe cramps aur 1 saal se conception na hona is baat ka sanket hai ki uterus aur hormones ko proper support ki zarurat hai. –rx 1) Tab. Rajahpravartini Vati – 2 tab BD after food 2) Cap. Evecare / M2 Tone – 1 cap BD after food 3) Ashokarishta – 20 ml + equal water BD after meals 4) Phal Ghrita – 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime 5) Shatavari Churna – 1 tsp with milk morning —Pathya Stress kam rakhein, proper sleep lein Cold foods, excess tea/coffee, junk food avoid karein Til, dry fruits, ghee, milk, beetroot, anar include karein Daily light yoga & pranayama karein ----Agar 1 saal se conception nahi ho raha hai to ek baar gynecologist se thyroid, hormones, ultrasound aur husband semen analysis bhi karwana beneficial rahega.

आपकी समस्या — पीरियड्स का केवल 1 दिन आना, बहुत कम flow होना, दर्द रहना और 1 साल से pregnancy conceive न होना — Ayurveda में मुख्यतः Artava Kshaya (कम मासिक स्त्राव), Vata-Pitta imbalance तथा शरीर में hormonal असंतुलन का संकेत माना जाता है। इस स्थिति में uterus को पर्याप्त पोषण नहीं मिल पाता, जिससे egg quality, ovulation और conception प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। चिंता करने की बजाय समय पर सही देखभाल शुरू करना बहुत जरूरी है, क्योंकि Ayurveda में ऐसी समस्याओं का अच्छा management संभव है। संभावित कारण Hormonal imbalance Stress और मानसिक चिंता शरीर में कमजोरी या खून की कमी PCOS / thyroid imbalance अधिक ठंडी, spicy या junk food आदत नींद की कमी और irregular lifestyle Ayurveda अनुसार क्या करें 1. Hormonal balance और uterus nourishment सुबह खाली पेट शतावरी चूर्ण 1 चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। भोजन के बाद अशोकarishta 2–3 चम्मच बराबर पानी में दिन में 2 बार लें। यदि शरीर में कमजोरी या fatigue हो तो सफेद मूसली और खजूर वाला दूध लाभकारी रहता है। 2. Diet में ये चीजें बढ़ाएं देसी घी, दूध, अनार, चुकंदर, काले तिल भीगे बादाम, मुनक्का, नारियल पानी हरी सब्जियां और protein युक्त भोजन पर्याप्त पानी पिएं क्या avoid करें Cold drinks, packed food, bakery items बहुत ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी देर रात जागना ज्यादा fasting या dieting दर्द और flow सुधारने के लिए रोज 20–30 मिनट: Butterfly Pose (Titli Asana) Bhadrasana Anulom-Vilom Pranayama ये pelvic blood circulation सुधारकर uterus को मजबूत बनाने में मदद करते हैं। Pregnancy conceive के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सलाह 1 साल से conception नहीं हो रहा है, इसलिए केवल घरेलू उपायों पर निर्भर न रहें। एक बार ये जांचें जरूर करवाएं: Thyroid profile CBC / Hemoglobin Pelvic Ultrasound Hormone profile (FSH, LH, AMH आदि) इनसे सही कारण पता चल सकेगा और treatment अधिक प्रभावी होगा।

Aapki is samasya ke liye ek vishwasniya aur asardarr Ayurvedic chikitsa sutra niche diya gaya hai: ​1. Aushadhi Chikitsa (Ayurvedic Medicines) ​Yeh aushadhiyan Artava (menstrual fluid) ko badhane aur uterus ko majboot karne mein madad karti hain: ••​Raja Pravartini Vati: 2-2 goli subah aur shaam ko gungune paani ya kumaryasava ke sath lein. Yeh flow ko kholne mein sabse upyogi mani jaati hai. ••​Kumaryasava: 4 chammach (20ml) dava aur 4 chammach hi gunguna paani milakar, din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. Yeh ovarian functions ko behtar karti hai. ••​Phala Ghrita: 1 chammach subah khali pet gungune doodh ke sath lein. Yeh uterine lining ko thik karne aur conceive karne (garbhasthapan) ke liye sabse behtareen ghrita hai. ••​Dashmoolarishta: 4 chammach subah-shaam khane ke baad lene se pelvis ka Vata dosha shant hota hai. Gharelu Upachar & Parhez (Diet & Lifestyle) ••​Kalonji aur Guda: Period aane ki date se 5 din pehle se 1 chammach kalonji (black seed) ko thode se guda (jaggery) ke sath ubaal kar kadha banakar peeyan. Isse flow khulega. ••​Til aur Methi: Apne khane mein kale til, methi, aur ajwain ka prayog badhayein kyunki yeh ushna (warm) pravritti ke hote hain aur menstrual flow ko regular karte hain. ••​Khatte aur Thande se bachein: Freeze ka thanda paani, junk food, aur bohot zyada khatta khana band kar dein, kyunki yeh srotas (channels) ko block karte hain. •••​Zaroori Salah: Kyunki aapko try karte hue ek saal ho chuka hai, isliye aushadhi shuru karne ke sath-sath ek baar apna Pelvic Ultrasound (USG) karwayein taaki endometrial thickness aur ovaries (PCOD/PCOS) ki sthiti pata chal sake. Sath hi, ek baar pati ka Semen Analysis bhi zaroori hai, taaki dono taraf se dhyan diya ja sake
