Your symptoms suggest a hormonal imbalance that, in Ayurveda, is often linked to an imbalance of Kapha and Vata doshas. This can affect your metabolism (Agni) and reproductive health (Artava dhatu), leading to weight gain and irregular periods. The focus will be on improving digestion, balancing hormones naturally, reducing excess Kapha (which causes weight gain), and calming Vata to regulate your cycle. With the right diet, lifestyle, and herbal support, we can gradually restore balance and improve your chances of conception. —Rx 1) Amycordial Syrup 2 tsp twice daily after meals 2) Lukol Tablet 2 tablets twice daily after meals 3) M2 Tone Syrup 2 tsp twice daily 4) Amyron Tablets 1 tablet twice daily 5) Ashwagandhadi lehyam 1 tsf with milk at night —Pathya (Diet) Laghu ahar: moong dal, lauki, tori, leafy vegetables Avoid: sugar, maida, fried, dairy excess Use: jeera, methi, haldi in diet — Vihar (Lifestyle) Brisk walk 30 min daily Yoga: Baddha Konasana, Bhujangasana Proper sleep (7–8 hrs) Stress management (pranayama) —Advice Avoid day sleep (divaswapna) Maintain regular meal timings Follow for 8weeks ----- Follow-up Review after 1 month with cycle status + weight

●Morning routine / Empty stomach: 1 tablespoon ghee + lukewarm water → Fire gentlely strengthened → Vata calms → Digestive tract opens Ashwagandha + Shatavari + Mishri (appetizer + mineral nutrient) V 15-20 minutes Sun → Hormone reset → Metabolism active Increased appetite in the first 10 days It seems. ●Radish Seeds Take 3-5 grams of radish seed powder. Mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey to make a paste. Lick this paste twice a day and then drink lukewarm lemon water. Consuming this for 2 months regularly helps reduce belly fat. ●Triphala & Giloy Ingredients: Amla - 500 mg Bibhitaki - 500 mg Harad - 500 mg Giloy - 1500 mg Take with. Make a powder of these and mix with lukewarm water. Beneficial in reducing obesity and improving digestion. ●Preventive Remedies Consume Triphala + Giloy powder/extract daily. Include black and white pepper in your diet. Taking turmeric and black pepper with lukewarm water helps prevent weight loss.

Managing a hormonal imbalance with elevated DHEA and weight gain while trying to conceive requires a delicate balance. In Ayurveda, this is often viewed as Artava Kshaya (menstrual insufficiency) linked with Medo Dhatu Agnimandya (disrupted fat metabolism). The goal is to clear the “Ama” (toxins) that disrupt the endocrine system while nourishing the “Shukra Dhatu” (reproductive tissue) to support conception. I have prescribed medications for your condition take them consistently , it can take some time because ayurveda works slowly as it acts on roots cause of your problem . High DHEA levels often indicate an overactive adrenal response or PCOS-like patterns. Weight loss is the most effective way to lower these levels naturally. The Dos✅ • Seed Cycling: Incorporate flax and pumpkin seeds (Days 1–14 of your cycle) and sesame and sunflower seeds (Days 15–28) to provide the fatty acids needed for hormone synthesis. • Kanchanar Guggulu: Discuss this with an Ayurvedic doctor; it is excellent for “scraping” excess tissue and balancing the thyroid/adrenal axis. • Warm, Light Foods: Favor bitter and pungent tastes (leafy greens, ginger, turmeric) which stimulate the metabolism. • Regular Sleep: Aim for a 10:00 PM bedtime. Hormonal regulation (especially cortisol and DHEA) happens most effectively during early night sleep. The Don’ts❌ • Avoid “Abhishyandi” Foods: Eliminate heavy, sticky foods like yogurt, cheese, and refined flour (maida), which clog the “Srotas” (channels) and worsen weight gain. • No Day Sleeping: In Ayurveda, sleeping during the day slows down the metabolism and increases “Kapha,” making weight loss much harder. • Limit White Sugar: High insulin levels can drive DHEA higher. Use small amounts of honey or jaggery if necessary.

Hello, Treating hormonal imbalance and weight gain while trying to conceive requires a multi-pronged approach that focuses on metabolic correction and detoxification. In Ayurveda, elevated DHEA and weight gain are often viewed as a Kapha-Vata imbalance leading to Artava Kshaya (menstrual/ovulatory dysfunction) and Medo Dushti (accumulation of metabolic waste or fat). The goal is to improve insulin sensitivity, clear the channels of the reproductive system (Srotas), and balance the endocrine fire (Agni). Deepana & Pachana: Stimulating digestion to burn Ama (toxins). Lekhana: “Scraping” excess fat and cysts using specific herbs. Vatanulomana: Ensuring the downward flow of energy for healthy ovulation. Prescription : 1. Varunadi Kwath This is a potent “scraping” formula used to clear blockages and manage weight. Dose: 15 ml mixed with 60 ml of lukewarm water, twice daily, 30 minutes before meals. 2. Sukumaram Kwath Specifically formulated for the female reproductive system to balance hormones and support healthy conception. Dose: 2 tablet morning 2 tablet evening with luke warm water before food. 3. Hinguvachadi Choornam Helps in improving digestion and regulating the downward movement of Vata, which is essential for hormonal balance. Dose: 3 grams mixed with a little warm water or thin buttermilk, twice daily after meals. 4. Kalyanaka Ghritam A medicated ghee that nourishes the reproductive tissues and balances the nervous system (often used for conception). Dose: 1 teaspoon with warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. Important Lifestyle Guidelines Focus on a “Kapha-pacifying” diet. Avoid sugar, dairy, and heavy fried foods. Increase intake of bitter greens, cinnamon, and fenugreek. Incorporate 30–45 minutes of active movement daily to improve insulin resistance, which directly impacts DHEA levels. High stress increases cortisol, which further elevates DHEA.

your condition is mainly due to hormonal imbalance linked with aggravated Vata + Kapha and impaired Agni (metabolism), often similar to conditions like PCOS. 1. Correct Agni (Metabolism) Start your day with warm water + lemon Use herbs like Trikatu or Jeerak water to improve digestion Avoid heavy, oily, processed, and sugary foods 2. Balance Hormones Rx SHE care juice - 30 ml twice a day Tab Alloes compound - 2 tab twice a day after meal Tab Cystolib nutra - 1 tab twice a day after meal Streevtivyadhihar ras - 1 tab twice a day after meal 3. Reduce elevated DHEA (stress-related hormone) Practice Yoga + Pranayama (especially Anulom vilom, bhramari) Ensure proper sleep (7–8 hours) take Ashwagandha (low dose) if stress is significant 4. Weight management (Kapha reduction) Follow light, warm, low-carb diet Include: Millets, green vegetables, lentils Avoid: Dairy excess, sweets, fried food Daily 30–45 min brisk walking or yoga 5. Regulate Periods & Improve Fertility Panchakarma (if possible): Virechana or Basti under supervision Maintain regular meal and sleep timing

The significant weight gain, irregular periods, and elevated DHEA while trying to conceive—fits a pattern similar to PCOS-type hormonal imbalance (Ayurveda: Kapha + Vata imbalance with “Agnimandya” and “Artava dushti”). The goal is 3-fold: Normalize hormones Reduce weight safely Improve fertility. RX- Morning (empty stomach) Warm water + ½ tsp methi (fenugreek) seeds soaked overnight 👉 Improves insulin resistance + helps weight loss After breakfast Shatavari churna – ½ tsp with milk 👉 Supports female hormones + fertility After lunch Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet with warm water twice daily 👉 Helps in PCOS, cyst tendency, hormonal imbalance Night Triphala churna – 1 tsp with warm water 👉 Detox + improves metabolism + mild weight loss 🥗 Diet Plan ✅ What to eat high protein: dal, paneer whole grains: jowar, bajra, oats vegetables (especially green leafy) Healthy fats (small amount of ghee) ❌ Strictly avoid Sugar, sweets, bakery items Maida, white bread Fried/processed food cold drinks, packaged juices 👉 These directly worsen insulin resistance and DHEA levels. 🧘‍♀️ Lifestyle 30–45 min daily walking Yoga: Bhujangasana Setu Bandhasana Surya Namaskar (gradually) Sleep: 7–8 hours (very important for hormones) Dr. Muskan Chopra Ayurveda Consultant
