I have an ovarian cyst measuring 7.07 cm *4.9cm.. my doctor is advising me to go for surgery to remove the cyst.. can i get rid of it with out surgery?

Risk of torsion and other complications are high in case of ovarian cyst which can also have risk ofleak in hte abdominal cavity. It is best to go for surgry for avoiding further complications.

Go with following mediciens—
1.Kanchnar guggulu 2 tab twice daily with water after meals
2.Vriddhivadhika Vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals
3.Ashokarishta 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals
4.Varunadi kwath 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals
Diet & Lifestyle Adjustments
Ayurvedic treatment is highly dependent on a “Kapha-reducing” diet to stop the cyst from growing further:
-Avoid: Heavy dairy (milk, cheese, curd), refined sugar, fatty/fried foods, and soy products.
-Include: Bitter and pungent foods like turmeric, ginger, garlic, bitter gourd, and leafy greens.
-Warmth: Drink only lukewarm water throughout the day to improve metabolism.
-Movement: Since your energy is low, avoid heavy workouts, but gentle walking or specific yoga poses like Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose) can improve blood flow to the pelvic region.
