••Jii haa aap pcod me conceive kar sakte ha uske liye aap ye line of treatment use kare… ••Hempushpa ek prasiddh ayurvedic uterine tonic hai jismein Lodhra, Ashoka, Shatavari aur Dashmool jaise herbs hote hain. ​Haa, ise liya ja sakta hai, kyunki yeh hormonal balance ko theek karne aur uterine muscles ko tone karne mein madad karti hai. ••​Lekin dhyan dein: PCOD sirf ek menstrual problem nahi hai, yeh ek metabolic disorder (jiski wajah se vajan badhna, insulin resistance hona) bhi hai. Isliye sirf Hempushpa peene se PCOD poori tarah theek nahi hoga. Iske saath lifestyle badalna aur kuch specific herbs lena bohot zaroori hai. ••​Period Sahi Karne ke Ayurvedic Upay ​Ayurveda mein aartava (menstruation) ko vapis lane aur use niyamit karne ke liye Agni ko badhana aur Vata-Kapha ko shant karna zaroori hai. Aap in upayon ko apna sakti hain: ​1. Ayurvedic Aushadhiyan (Herbs) •​Kumaryasava: Yeh ek behtareen ayurvedic liquid hai jo liver aur pelvic circulation ko improve karta hai. Isko 2-3 chammach (15-20 ml) barabar matra mein gungune pani ke saath khane ke baad din mein do baar lein. Yeh ruke hue periods ko kholne mein madad karta hai. •​Kanchanar Guggulu: Agar ovaries mein cysts (granthi) hain, to yeh unhe dissolve karne mein madad karta hai. 1-1 goli subah-shaam gungune pani se lein. •​Chandraprabha Vati: Yeh pelvic region ko strength deti hai aur hormonal imbalance ko thik karti hai. ​2. Gharelu Upay (Home Remedies) ••​Kala Jeera aur Gud (Jaggery) Ka Kadha: 1 chammach kala jeera (Caraway seeds) ko 1 glass pani mein ubalein jab tak pani aadha na reh jaye. Ismein thoda sa purana gud milayein aur gunguna karke subah khali pet lein. Yeh uterine contraction ko badhakar period lane mein madad karta hai. •​Dalchini (Cinnamon): PCOD mein insulin resistance ek bada karan hota hai. Rozana chauthai (1/4) chammach dalchini powder ko gungune pani ya green tea ke saath lein. Yeh ovulation ko regular karta hai. ​Lifestyle aur Aahar mein Badlav (Sabse Zaroori) •​Ayurveda kehta hai ki bina Nidana Parivarjana (karan ko hataye) koi bhi davai kaam nahi karegi. PCOD ko jad se khatam karne ke liye yeh badlav karein: ••​Kaph-Vardhak Aahar Band Karein: Maida, junk food, bohot zyada meetha, cold drinks, aur pack kiya hua khana poori tarah band kar dein. •​Aahar mein Kya Shamil Karein: Purana anaj (jaise Jau/Barley, Bajra), moong dal, karela, lauki, kaddoo, aur haldi-jeere se bani sabziyan khayein. ••​Vajan aur Vyayam (Exercise): Agar vajan badh raha hai, to periods aur zyada rukenge. Rozana 30-45 minute active yoga karein. Surya Namaskar, Dhanurasana, Paschimottanasana, aur Baddhakonasana (Butterfly pose) pelvic organs ke blood circulation ke liye sabse best hain. ••​Din mein Sona Band Karein: Din mein sone se sharir mein Kapha dosha badhta hai, jo ovaries mein blockage paida karta hai.
