Seeking Guidance for Conception After Previous Treatment - #51708

I am 43 years old having one daughter. Want to conceive but tried not succeed, took medicine aurvedic but couldn't conceive instead got period for half day Though I have two Day. So, stopped that medicine who was giving me fal ghrit and kanchnaar guggluwith other combination. Now I have been recommended lakshadi guggle,asthisandh cap and dhanvantri oil cap as having heel spur. Having shivlingi daily with milk too. Pls suggest what will be good for me to conceive.
