Hii Shalini, there are many causes for white discharge, it may normal or abnormal, firstly check whether it is in excess quantity, have foul smell, whether it is much sticky. If any of this then you can take Tab . Chandraprabha vati 2-0-2 after food, tab. Pushyanug 2-0-2 after food, do vaginal cleansing with panchvalkal kvath daily for 15 days. Avoid spicy fermented food especially green chilli. If thie will not help then you should definitely consult your nearest ayurvedic doctor and rule out actual cause

White discharge, or leucorrhea, is quite common and is often due to various factors including hormonal imbalances or infections. From an Ayurvedic perspective, it's usually a result of Kapha dosha imbalance. To address this, it's important to consider your specific lifestyle and constitution. First, examining your diet is crucial. Try cutting down on oily, fried food and junk food, which can aggravate Kapha and lead to issues like white discharge and oily skin. Opt for lighter, warming foods such as soups made with lentils or mung beans. Incorporating spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric can help improve digestion and balance Kapha. Consuming fresh fruits like pomegranate, which are astringent in nature, can help in reducing discharge. Hydration is key as well, so drink adequate warm water throughout the day to support digestion. It's also advisable to consume buttermilk or curd with a pinch of asafoetida (hing) post meals, as they improve gut health. Lifestyle habits matter too. Make sure you're getting enough sleep and practice stress-reducing activities like yoga or meditation. Increased stress can worsen discharge and related symptoms. Maintaining genital hygiene is imperative, and wearing cotton undergarments can prevent moisture retention, which may reduce discharge. For acidity and hoarseness of voice, avoiding spicy and sour foods can alleviate these symptoms. Chewing on cumin seeds or drinking water with a teaspoon of honey can be soothing. Adding a teaspoon of ghee to a glass of warm milk at night can lubricate throat and help hoarse voice. For skin issues, applying a paste of sandalwood and rosewater on the oily areas or using homemade masks of turmeric and chickpea flour can greatly benefit. But remember, if symptoms persist or worsen, consulting a healthcare professional is crucial for proper evaluation and management.
