Struggling with Acne and Hormonal Imbalance Post-Birth Control - #52081

I have been struggling with acne breakout since December 2024.This is after I stopped birthcontrol. Since then the acne has changed but has never fully cleared. I have tried doxytet for months, saycilic acid, benzac and natural things like ashwagnda and shavatri. Currently my skin is doing much better but not completely clear and I have marks as a result. I am only using natural products on my skin now becauseit'sso sensitive. Since coming of the pill I struggle with ovulation every month as well. The pain and fatigue is a lot. I also breakout on the chin and cheeks when the hormones fluctuate. IDon't pick or pop. I leave them and they resolve on their own but Sometimes leave marks.Gut health wise I am regular,I eat twice a day with a 7 hour gap between. I do hatha yoga,Pranayama and meditation everyday. I do not drink or smoke.I've just started excersising again and incorporating ragi and seed cycling into my diet with yoghurt as probiotics.

You’ve already done a lot of things right, so this is more about fine-tuning and addressing the root hormonal + skin barrier balance rather than starting from scratch. –Internal 1)Manjishtadi Kwath – 15 ml + water, before food, 2× daily → Blood purification, acne + marks 2)Gandhaka Rasayanam – 1 tab, after food, 2× daily → Acne healing 3)Asokarishtam – 15 ml + water, after food, 2× daily → Hormonal balance, ovulation pain 4)Kumaryasavam – 15 ml + water, after lunch, 1× daily → Cycle + liver support — External Kumkumadi Tailam – 2–3 drops, night → Marks + skin glow — Support Spearmint tea – daily Continue yoga + seed cycling — Duration Minimum 8 weeks
