Firstly avoid gas causing foods like Chana, rajma, green peas, brinjal , potato’s, fried food, breads, other bakery items, fermented food, curds. Include ghee intake with warm food. Take buttermilk twice daily after food Take light food at night like Dalkichdi. Take food whenever you feel hungry don’t delay, and don’t over eat. Do not drink water in more quantity at a stretch. Take it in small quantities in shorter durations. Do not go to bed or sit as you finish food, take small 100 steps after food. Medicine advised : 1. Hinguvachadi Gulika 1-1-1 before food. 2. Kutajaarishta 10ml -0-10 ml with 10 ml water after food For 15 days , follow up after 15 days.
