Understanding Follicle Scan Results with PCOS - #52079

Got my period on 2nd march 20206 . I have PCOS . Weight is 58kg and height is 5.1 ft. Married for 2 years trying to conceive . what does it mean that internal echoes is present in follicle scan on day 17? also the follice size remain same from day 15to 17 which is 17*14mm but ET changed every alternate day on day 13 (14/3/26) DF in RO (15*14mm) ET( 8.4mm ) Day15 (16/3/26) DF in RO (17*14mm) ET 9.2mm Day 17 (18/3/26) DF in RO (17*14mm)ET 10mm. Left ovary shows MSF from day 13to 17 . Do I need to do the scan again tomorrow? Or should I stop?
