I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Your experience with reduced menstruation duration and flow, along with accompanying abdominal pain and bloating, could relate to imbalances in your doshas, which guide our physiological and psychological functioning through Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Menstruation, known as 'Rajaswala Charya' in Ayurveda, involves Vata dosha, primarily Apana Vata, which governs the downward flow necessary for menstruation and elimination. Firstly, let's address irregularities in cycle and flow. An imbalance in Vata may lead to your symptoms—abdominal bloating being a classic Vata related symptom. To balance Vata, embrace a lifestyle that incorporates grounding, warm, and nourishing habits. Regularity is crucial, so maintain consistent sleep-wake timings, focusing on eating warm, cooked, and slightly oily meals. Prioritize root vegetables and grains like rice and oats, using ghee or sesame oil to soothe digestion and mental stress. Additionally, turmeric milk, sipped warm before bedtime, can help calm Vata. Boil a cup of milk with half a teaspoon of turmeric, adding a sprinkle of ground nutmeg for soothing sleep. Implement self-massage with warm sesame oil, especially over the lower abdomen, to encourage the flow of Apana Vata, alleviating bloating and pain. Stress can aggravate menstrual irregularities, ensure to include daily relaxation or meditation. Activities such as gentle yoga and deep breathing exercises can help maintain mental clarity and system equilibrium. Avoid caffeine and heavy, cold, or very dry foods, as these can exacerbate Vata symptoms. Pay attention to Agni—or digestive fire. Weak Agni may increase bloating; hence digestive herbs like ginger or ajwain can be beneficial. Chew on a piece of ginger with a pinch of rock salt before meals, or sip warm ajwain seed tea. However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, consider seeking a consultation with a healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic practitioner, to delve deeper into tailored interventions addressing your unique health constitution. Such ongoing issues occasionally require further clinical examination to rule out underlying conditions. Remember the primary goal is to harmonize, nourishing your body with the Vata-pacifying lifestyle.
