I have sort of ibs , in the morning it it takes me 2-3 times to clear the stomach back to back every time it feel it is done and with in next Week p min i feel urge. Also after all means. Spices or fries, i can not handle

In IBS, weight gain becomes difficult mainly due to impaired digestion (Agni Mandya) and gut sensitivity, which prevents proper absorption of nutrients. Tab Kutajghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Tab Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Ashwagandha Churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at night Shatavari Kalpa – 1–2 tsp with milk once daily A mixture of Jeera + Ajwain + Saunf powder (½ tsp) after meals. take dadimadi ghurth 5 ml at empty stomch morning

	Prefer warm, freshly cooked, easy-to-digest foods like rice, moong dal khichdi, ghee, bananas, and soaked almonds.
	Avoid cold foods, junk food, excess raw salads, and packaged protein powders, as they can aggravate IBS.
	
Eat at regular times.
Practice light yoga and pranayama to support gut health.

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Regular use of buttermilk. Cap Florasante 1-0-1 Tab.Stop-IBS 1-0-1 Follow up after 10 days.
