●Ayurvedic Hair Support Drink This is a nutritional support drink only, not a medicine. Ingredients: • Amla powder - 1 teaspoon • Bhringraj powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Brahmi powder - 1 teaspoon • Honey - 1/2 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 cup ●Method: Mix the powder with water, then add honey. Dosage: Take 4 days a week, on an empty stomach in the morning. Benefits: • Mineral supply Nutritional support • Antioxidant • Stress balance • Scalp blood flow support. Caution: If you are pregnant or taking medication, consult your doctor first. ●How to Make Ayurvedic Oil Essential Herbs (all in equal amounts) • Bhringraj • Amla • Hibiscus • Brahmi Curry Leaves Jatamansi Use all herbs in dry, coarsely chopped form. Do not use powders or extracts. ●How to Make Ayurvedic Oil If you are making 250 ml of oil, Step 1 Step 2 • Each herb - 5 grams (Total herbs: 35 grams) How to Make Oil Lightly heat 250 ml of oil (sesame/coconut/almond). The oil should not be boiling, it should only be lukewarm. Add all the herbs to the oil and mix well. ●Step 4 Let the oil steep for 10-12 hours. Then, squeeze out the herbs and strain the oil. Store the oil in a glass bottle. Usage • 2-3 times a week • With a gentle massage • Best left overnight ●What to do from within Hair grows strong only when the body is nourished. Daily habits: • Lukewarm water • Amla or fruit • Roasted black sesame seeds • Adequate sleep • Reducing stress • Morning sun • Oil application 2-3 times a week is the basic treatment.

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and Shirshasan if possible. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Massage your scalp with Neelibhringadi oil twice a week. Tab Bhringraj 2-0-2 Amalki rasayan 5gms twice a day.

आयुर्वेद में बालों के समय से पहले सफेद होने को “पलित्य” कहा जाता है। यह मुख्यतः पित्त दोष की वृद्धि तथा रक्त और अस्थि धातु की कमजोरी के कारण होता है। कई बार इसमें आनुवंशिक (genetic) कारण भी होते हैं। यदि 90% बाल सफेद हो चुके हैं तो उन्हें पूरी तरह से प्राकृतिक काला करना कठिन होता है, लेकिन आयुर्वेद से आगे बाल सफेद होने की गति को कम किया जा सकता है और बालों की गुणवत्ता सुधारी जा सकती है। 1. औषधि आंवला चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार पानी के साथ भृंगराज चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच रात में गुनगुने पानी के साथ च्यवनप्राश – 1 चम्मच सुबह 2. बाह्य प्रयोग सप्ताह में 3–4 बार नीलीभृंगादि तेल या भृंगराज तेल से सिर की हल्की मालिश करें। 3. आहार आहार में आंवला, काला तिल, करी पत्ता, दूध और घी शामिल करें। परहेज करें अधिक मसालेदार भोजन जंक फूड देर रात तक जागना अधिक तनाव इन उपायों से बालों के और सफेद होने की गति कम हो सकती है तथा बाल मजबूत और स्वस्थ बन सकते हैं।
