आपके मामले में 6 महीने पहले Scrub Typhus हुआ था, और अभी कभी-कभी सर्दी-जुकाम, हल्का बुखार और रीढ़ की हड्डी में जलन महसूस हो रही है। यह कभी-कभी पोस्ट-इन्फेक्शन कमजोरी, कमज़ोर इम्युनिटी या शरीर में बची हुई सूजन (inflammation) के कारण हो सकता है।
क्या कर सकते हैं
पौष्टिक और संतुलित आहार लेते रहें – जैसे दालें, हरी सब्ज़ियाँ, फल, और पर्याप्त प्रोटीन।
रोज़ गुनगुना पानी पीना और ठंडी चीज़ें कम लेना मदद कर सकता है।
पर्याप्त नींद और आराम लें ताकि शरीर पूरी तरह रिकवर कर सके।
हल्की सैर या योग से शरीर की ताकत धीरे-धीरे वापस आती है।
संक्रमण के बाद शरीर में अक्सर अग्नि (पाचन शक्ति) और इम्युनिटी कमजोर हो जाती है। ऐसे में इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने वाले उपाय, पौष्टिक आहार और शरीर को ताकत देने वाली औषधियां मदद कर सकती हैं, लेकिन इन्हें डॉक्टर की सलाह से ही लेना चाहिए।
