take phala ghurth 5 ml at empty stomch at morning
do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril 2 times day
ashokaaristh 20ml with equaliy qty of water
shatavri 1-0-1
hingwastak churna 1/4 tsp at 6 to 16 day period
