Knee and thigh stiff, twist in knee, 3-4 days ago, can't fold my leg, having so much stiffness and pain above the knee

For 1st 2 days hot fomentation with hot water bag. If heaviness is not reduced extend for 2 more days.
Later oil application over site of pain from 3 rd day.
1. Murrivenna Taila
2. Yogaraja guggulu 1-0-1 after food
3. Flexy forte 2-2-2 after food
4. Guggulu tiktaka kwath 10ml thrice after food
5. Dashanga lepa mix with warm water apply on site of pain
