According to Ayurveda, this condition resembles Sandhivata (knee osteoarthritis due to aggravated Vata). Pain, stiffness, swelling, weak legs, and difficulty climbing stairs are common in this condition. —Rx: 1) Tab. Yograj Guggulu – 2 tabs bd after food with warm water 2) Cap. Shallaki – 1 cap bd after food 3) Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm hs with warm milk 4) Dashmool Kwath – 20 ml + equal warm water BD before food —External: Mahanarayan Taila local massage BID + mild hot fomentation —Advice: Avoid stairs, squatting, cold exposure, curd at night Use knee support/walker if needed Warm soft diet, gentle exercises —Suggested Panchakarma: Janu Basti / Matra Basti —Follow up: 15 days
