How to treat upper thoracic arthritis and stenosis with Ayurvedic therapies for inflammation at age 74? - #55442
I’ve been relatively healthy and strong most of my life, but I’ve had some issues with scoliosis in my back that I’ve managed. Now that I’m 74 I do have an upper thoracic arthritis issue. It Didn’t really bother me till around two years ago. The condition started becoming chronic. X-ray shows that I have stenosis in my back and specifically in my upper thoracic. I am managing it right now with exercise and qi gong. I would like to incorporate our vedic therapies to minimize the inflammation. I eat pretty clean. Not perfect but lots of greens and some grain
