Aapko ek sahi aur safe direction dikhane ke liye yahan kuch bohot zaroori Ayurvedic aur medical salah di ja rahi hai: 1. Turant Swasthya Salah (Immediate Medical Step) Sabse pehle, kyunki unka posture ek taraf jhuk raha hai, aapko bina deri kiye unka ek X-ray (Lumbar Spine aur Dono Knees ka) karwana chahiye.
