I have been experiencing frequent lower back pain for several years. My back becomes extremely stiff, and the pain is unbearable during physical activities such as sweeping or brooming. Additionally, I experience wrist pain while performing dumbbell workouts. I also suffer from knee pain during the winter, and I’ve noticed that all of my joint pain intensifies in winter season of Himachal

Diet and care: Avoid cold water, curd at night, excessive sitting on floor, and exposure to cold wind. Use warm food, ginger, garlic, sesame, and methi.
