Aap pehle basic Ama-Vata treatment (Yograj Guggulu, Simhanad Guggulu, Kwath, diet regulation) start karein; agar relief kam ho tab advice se Swarn Bhupati Ras add kiya ja sakta hai. ----Rx: 1) Tab. Yograj Guggulu – 2 tab bd after food 2) Maharasnadi Kwath – 15 ml + equal warm water bd after food 3) Simhanad Guggulu – 1 tab bd after food 4) Dashmool Taila local application + mild hot fomentation —Advice: Swarna Bhupati Ras only under Ayurvedic supervision Warm, light diet; avoid curd, cold, fried & heavy foods Ushna jal pana, excessive strain/walking avoid.

••Kya Swarna Bhupati Ras safe hai? ​Haan, yeh safe hai, LEKIN sirf tab jab ise kisi qualified Ayurvedic doctor ki strict dekh-rekh (medical supervision) mein liya jaye. ​Aapko iske baare mein 3 baatein zaroor jaan ni chahiye: ••​Herbo-Mineral Composition: Swarna Bhupati Ras ek bohot hi potent (shaktishali) Rasa Aushadhi hai. Ismein Swarna Bhasma (Gold), Rajat Bhasma (Silver), Tamra Bhasma (Copper), aur Shuddha Gandhak jaise heavy metal aur mineral ingredients hote hain. Inka shodhanna aur bhashma banane ki prakriya agar sahi ho, toh yeh bohot achha asar karti hain, par bina doctor ki salah ke inhein khud se nahi kharidna chahiye. ••​Kismein Fayda Karti Hai? Yeh dawai purane Vata rog, jodong ka dard, aur soojan (inflammation) ko kam karne mein bohot asardhar hai. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle) ••​Kya Khayein: Garm aur taza khana khayein. Khane mein adrak (ginger), lahsun (garlic), haldi, aur hing ka prayog badhayein. Yeh natural anti-inflammatory hain. ••​Kya Na Khayein: Dahi, chawal, udad dal, thanda paani, baasi khana, aur fast food bilkul band kar dein, kyunki yeh shareer mein Ama (toxins) aur Vata badhate hain, jisse dard aur soojan badh jayegi.
