Age 56 me ghutne ke upar dard, joint gap aur grease kam hona mainly osteoarthritis aur vata aggravation ki taraf indicate karta hai. Weight bahut kam hone se joints aur muscles ki strength bhi kam ho jati hai, jis wajah se pain aur stiffness badh sakti hai. Main generally aise cases me ye advise karta hoon: • Rheumawin Tablet – 2 tablet din me 2 baar after food • Lakshadi Guggulu – 2 tablet din me 2 baar • Ashwagandha Churna – 1 tsp raat ko doodh ke sath • Bala Ashwagandha Oil se ghutno par halka massage aur halka garam sek Diet me: • Doodh, ghee, moong dal, til, makhana aur protein wali cheezein badhayein • Thandi cheezein, excess fasting aur dry food avoid karein • Halki walk aur joint movement regular rakhein Agar possible ho to knee X-ray aur vitamin D, calcium test bhi karwa lijiye. Weight aur strength improve hone se joints ko bhi support milega.
