I have a muscle tear that occurred while playing badminton. As a result, I have experienced consistent shoulder pain during any physical activity for several years now. A doctor had recommended a Kenacort 40 mg steroid injection. However, this has not resolved the pain. Instead, my entire body now becomes numb for some time whenever I engage in any strenuous physical activity

Yograj Guggulu – 2 tabs BD after food 2. Lakshadi Guggulu – 2 tabs BD after food 3. Ksheerbala 101 Caps – 1 cap BD after food 4. Gandha Taila – 10 drops with warm milk BD 5.
