My neck pain c4 and c5 disc bulge and all doctors are telling to do surgery Im getting more neck pain not able to walk and not able to eat also legs and hands and back pain also there i do no what to do

If you have increasing weakness, loss of balance, numbness, urine control problems, or severe walking difficulty, urgent evaluation by a spine specialist/neurosurgeon is important. Ayurveda can support pain, stiffness, and recovery, but do not delay emergency care if symptoms are progressing. Take Yogaraj Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food Maharasnadi Kashayam – 15 ml with equal warm water twice daily before food Ashwagandha capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food Ksheerabala 101 Avarti capsule – 1 capsule at bedtime Dhanwantharam Tailam or Mahanarayana Tailam – gentle neck and back massage daily with mild hot fomentation Avoid Sudden neck movements Heavy lifting Long mobile use with bent neck High pillow Use Soft cervical collar for short periods if pain is severe Warm water bath Neck rest and physiotherapy under guidance

According to Ayurveda, your symptoms may indicate aggravated Vata affecting the cervical spine and nerves (Greeva Sandhi and Majja Dhatu). Since there is pain spreading to the hands, legs, back, difficulty walking, and weakness, this should not be ignored. Avoid heavy lifting, strain, and sudden neck movements. Proper examination and timely treatment are important to prevent further nerve damage. —Advice: Avoid heavy lifting and sudden neck movements Use cervical support if needed Take proper rest and warm food Avoid cold exposure and late nights —Medicine: 1) Yogaraj Guggulu – 2 tabs twice daily after food 2) Dashmool Kwath – 20 ml twice daily with warm water 3) Ashwagandha lehyam– 1 tsf at night with milk 4) Mahamasha Taila – local gentle application over neck ----Therapy Suggested under supervision must do– Greeva Abhyanga Mild Swedana Greeva basti later on agni karma —Follow Up: Review after 7 days with MRI reports
