How to treat wrist pain and TFCC tear with Ayurveda after failed PRP and steroid treatments? - #56511

I have had wrist pain since almost an year now. It happens on my left side of the hand and with time it has started radiating to forearm.MRI showed full thickness tear of tfcc type palmer 1d and ecu tendonitis multiple. So in ayurveda is there a treatment for this, I have already done two prp sessions and a steroid with little to no relief. According to doctors surgery is the Only option left
