Knee “emptiness,” pain at night, fatigue, indigestion, and chronic backache commonly occur when digestion becomes weak and tissues are not getting proper nourishment. Ayurvedic Advice Avoid cold, oily, fried, packaged, and sour foods. Take warm, light, easily digestible meals. Use jeera-ajwain-saunf water after meals for digestion.
