Struggling to Gain Weight with IBS - #51366

I'm 26 years old my height is 4'11" My weight is 44 unable to gain weight after taking protein powder normal rice vegetables, fish chicken etc.i have ibs problem and under medications. What to do for gaining weight within 2-3 months.body too much slim

Shatavari - 1 part Kamadhudha - 1 part Shank Bhasma - 1% part Arrowroot - 2 parts These four together: Soothes intestinal irritation Reduces acidity Strengthens the colon Stabilizes Vata ●Isabgol Subscribe Take this combination: 1 teaspoon plain water - 1/2 cup 1 hour after dinner Sat Isabgol (Psyllium husk) - 1 • Lubricates the intestinal lining • Helps form stools • Reduces gas, distension, and irritation • Soothes colon sensitivity ●Instant Relief Drink 1 cup room temperature water • Lemon juice - 10 drops Organic sugar - 1/2 teaspoon • Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Add baking soda last. Drink immediately after a strong foam forms. This mixture helps neutralize excess acidity.

Hi… IBS causes malabsorption of nutrients hence leads to weight loss. Weight gain is not possible until IBS is cured In such situations if you undergoing any treatment for this plz continue it and add probiotics to your diet like buttermilk…taking proteins and heavy diet can worsen the problem…better avoid chicken and non veg eat only simple diet …when you will start getting relief then start adding accordingly

In IBS, weight gain becomes difficult mainly due to impaired digestion (Agni Mandya) and gut sensitivity, which prevents proper absorption of nutrients. Therefore, the first goal is to improve digestion and heal the gut, and then focus on nourishment. Tab Kutajghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Tab Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Ashwagandha Churna – 1 tsp with warm water at night Shatavari Kalpa – 2 tsp with warm water 2 times day Tab bramhi 2-0-2 after food A mixture of Jeera + Ajwain + Saunf powder (½ tsp) after meals. Diet Prefer warm, freshly cooked, easy-to-digest foods like rice, moong dal khichdi, ghee, bananas, and soaked almonds. Avoid cold foods, junk food, excess raw salads, and packaged protein powders, as they can aggravate IBS. Lifestyle Eat at regular times.
