Dr. Pavankumar Jagdishbhai Khuha
Experience: | 2 years |
Education: | Shri O.H. Nazar Ayurved College |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am mainly focused on treating gut and skin stuff coz honestly, those two are more connected than most ppl realise. I work a lot with GI disorders—like Amlapitta (which is like acid reflux), IBS aka Grahani, constipation, bloating, sluggish digestion, liver dullness... that kinda mix where ppl feel “off” every single day but can’t really explain why. I use a combo of prakriti-based diagnosis and classical Ayurveda tools—Nadi pariksha, herbal preps, Panchakarma if needed, and most imp, pathya-apathya food planning.
Skin-wise, I end up seeing a lot of ppl with chronic flareups—psoriasis, eczema, fungal infections, acne that’s stubborn, hyperpigmentation that just won’t fade. For these I usually go internal first... things like rasayana and Raktashuddhi chikitsa (blood purification), along with gentle herbal lepas and local care.
I don’t like one-size-fits-all type advice. Some ppl with the same condition need completely diff approach depending on what’s going on inside. I really go deep into figuring that out. Also, I’m all about long-term results... not like “quick fix” creams or meds. Most treatments are soft on the body but targeted—no harsh side-effects, just slow, deep correction.
Even small shifts in digestion or skin can mess with someone’s mood, confidence, routine. My job is to fix that—without messing with anything else in the body. |
Achievements: | I am someone who realy values hands-on experience, and during my BAMS I got to work in a bunch of private clinics alongside allopathic doctors... which honestly changed how I looked at diagnosis itself. That phase really helped me pick up clinical judgement fast—not just theory stuff but actually reading patients, like beyond textbook symptoms. We’d often discuss cases, compare approaches and all that. Helped me blend Ayurvedic logic with modern clinical reasoning better.
It’s also when I started seeing the power of integrative care in real life—not just as a buzzword but actually happening. Like, you do Nadi Pariksha, then see their CBC or LFT values, and it all starts linking up. That exposure really helped me feel more confident dealing with both acute fevers n pains, and also long-term issues like skin or digestion. I guess that’s the time I learnt how to balance both lens—classical and modern—without losing either. |
I am Dr. Pavan Khuha and yeah—Ayurveda is pretty much at the center of how I see health, healing, and like... life in general. I hold a BAMS degree, but more than just the degree, what’s shaped me is actually working with patients, learning how every single body and mind tells its own story. I don’t think healing works when you just chase symptoms or hand over some generic plan. That’s why I focus a lot on figuring out the actual cause. My main areas? Digestive problems, stress-related conditions, lifestyle issues—like the kinds that creep up slow and mess with your routine before you even notice. I use things like Nadi Pariksha and detailed Vikriti/Dosha analysis to really understand what’s off and why. Then I build a plan, from scratch, for that person. Not just herbs or Rasayana or some shirodhara session. It's like a whole reset that includes Pathya-Apathya (diet stuff), mental clarity work, and if needed, Panchakarma detox. I try to keep my consults really personal. Quiet, respectful space, no rush. And I pay attention to things that don’t always get talked about, like emotional triggers or how someone’s lifestyle is actually shaping their imbalance. I honestly believe Ayurveda isn’t just “treatment,” it’s a full-on system of living aligned with nature—and that’s what I try to bring into every interaction. One thing I really like is mixing classical shastra principles with current knowledge, not in a forced way but where it actually helps—like using seasonal charts, gut-related research or basic lab data to back decisions. Preventive care matters a lot to me too. Sometimes the best treatment is teaching someone how not to get sick again. If you’re looking for something real, not rushed, and focused entirely on your body-mind story (not just numbers or names of disease)—I’d be glad to be a part of that process with you. I don’t promise miracles, but I do take healing seriously.
