"Hello Doctor, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share a few health details before our consultation today. I am 20 years old, my height is 165 cm, and my weight is 72 kg. I have a lot of belly fat, and I want to reduce it — at least enough so that the bulge is not visible anymore. Helps in reducing fat, especially from the abdomen. 3. Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet twice a day with water. Reduces water retention and improves metabolism. 4. Jeera + Ajwain + Saunf Water Boil 1 tsp of each in 2 cups of water, reduce to 1 cup. Sip this in the morning on an empty stomach.
