Doctor information
Experience:
Education:
Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences
Academic degree:
Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I am mainly into chronic and lifestyle-related disorders—stuff that doesn’t go away easy or keeps coming back no matter what. I work a lot with musculoskeletal issues like knee pains, osteoarthritis, lumbar and cervical spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis... those nagging, inflammed, stiff conditions that slow ppl down. Mostly I use Panchakarma, herbs, sometimes Basti or Abhyanga depending on what body needs. Not just local pain relief but like deeper repair kind of approach. Then there's hormonal and metabolic disorders—that’s another big part of what I do. I help folks manage diabetes, thyroid probs, PCOD, obesity, mostly by fixing digestion first (Agni matters a lot) and slowly correcting diet, routines, stress, sleep all that tangled-up lifestyle stuff. I believe in bringing back balance step by step, with herbs and clear habits, not just fast-fix meds. Skin conditions too... psoraisis, acne, eczema. Some people come with years of failed creams or harsh treatments, and I usually go the detox way—internal virechan or blood cleansing and also look at the gut, not just the skin. Even minor dietary tweak can bring surprising shifts, if done right. Also—neuro rehab. I work with paralysis recovery, nerve weakness, post-stroke support. Here we use Nasya, shirodhara, neuro rasayanas, and muscle response therapies to help regain movement and strength. It’s slow but it’s real. Healing doesn’t rush. I keep plans flexible, coz no 2 patients feel or respond the same, and that’s why I stay hands-on.
Achievements:
I am into the academic side too, like not just clincial stuff. My research on integrative Ayurvedic approaches got published in the Journal of Complementary & Integrative Medicine and IAMJ, which honestly felt like a big step. My MD work on Urticaria—it wasn’t flashy but it brought in some solid new points I felt were really needed. I’v spoken at international Ayurveda confs, joined national talks on rheumatology n dermatology and regularly jump into CME sessions, Panchkarma hands-on’s and preventive health stuff just to keep things fresh & relevant.

I am Vaidya Neha Saini and Ayurveda’s not just my work—it’s kind of like my language of healing, a thing I live by, day in and out. I did my BAMS from Shree Krishna Govt Ayurvedic College in Kurukshetra and later finished MD in Ayurveda from Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune (that place had a different kind of energy honestly). With more than five yrs of clinical experience under my belt, I’ve kinda shaped my path around treating chronic issues, long-drawn imbalances and lifestyle disorders that modern life throws at people without warning. My way of working isn’t about chasing symptoms. I try to understand what’s really going on underneath—it’s like the root cause matters more than just quieting the noise. I use classical Ayurvedic principles but I also keep an eye on modern clinical understanding, ‘cause you can’t ignore how medicine’s growing every day, right? Most of my cases come in with problems like skin conditions—psoriasis, eczema, sometimes hormonal stuff like PCOS or thyroid weirdness, joint stiffness, back pains, post-stroke situations, or nervous system setbacks that need slow but steady support. And for all that, I plan treatment around them, not some fixed protocol. Which means a mix of herbs, Panchakarma detox when needed, food tweaks, even small shifts in daily routine… all matching their prakriti and vikriti. I also do online consults 'cause a lot of folks don't always get to travel or access real Ayurveda nearby. I just feel like everyone should have a shot at natural healing, even if it's through a screen. One thing I try hard to never skip: listening. Really listening to people. Sometimes they don’t even know how to say what's wrong, but they feel it—and that matters. For me, trust is the main pillar, and treatment flows from there. Ayurveda for me isn’t a toolkit or a clinic-only thing. It’s like—how you eat, sleep, breathe, connect with seasons or stress. It’s everywhere. And everytime someone walks in confused, tired or just stuck with some health loop, my aim is to sit beside them—not ahead—and figure the way out together. Not fast fixes, but deep, steady change. That's what I show up for every single time.
