I am really confused about this whole marma therapy thing. Like, I've been reading some articles and it keeps saying that it works wonders for all kinds of health problems. But honestly, what is marma therapy??? So, just to give you a bit of my background, I've been dealing with some chronic back pain and also some stress-related issues. I heard from a friend that marma therapy helped her with migraines, which made me really curious. But... is it really effective? What is marma therapy supposed to do exactly? I mean, I get that it involves pressure points and stuff, but can somebody break it down a bit more? It sounds kinda mysterious, haha. And like, can it actually help with my back pain or is that just wishful thinking? Really want to know if it works for people, or if it's just one of those trendy things that don't really do much. Do you need to find a specialist for this or can it be self-taught? Any personal stories or experiences you might have would be super helpful! Thanks in advance for any insights on what is marma therapy and how it can make a difference in health situations like mine!
