To address the concerns you're experiencing, it's essential to look at the root causes from an Ayurvedic perspective. The combination of surgeries and kidney stones suggests imbalances in Vata and Pitta doshas, which might also contribute to your sinus issues. Here's what might be helpful for you: For the kidney stones, increasing your water intake is crucial. Drink warm water with a few drops of lemon juice to help flush out the stones. Adding a teaspoon of coriander seeds to boiling water and drinking it once it cools down can be beneficial. You might also consider including punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) in your routine; consult a practitioner to determine the appropriate form and dosage for your condition. Addressing the intestinal adhesions requires a focus on easing digestive distress and ensuring smooth bowel movements. Include more soluble fibers in your diet, like soaked flaxseeds. Gentle abdominal massage with warm castor oil can help, but be cautious if you've experienced pain in that area. Triphala, a classical Ayurvedic formulation, is known for its ability to balance Vata and support digestion. For sinus problems, using a neti pot with warm saline water can relieve congestion. Use it daily in the morning, followed by applying a drop of sesame oil in each nostril. Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil might also ease your symptoms. Diet-wise, you've already taken steps like avoiding non-vegetarian foods. Consuming warm, cooked meals helps balance Vata and soften Pitta. Include more herbs like ginger and turmeric, which have anti-inflammatory properties and support digestive health. Lifestyle modifications, like regular yoga and pranayama practices, can be transformative. They balance doshas by improving circulation and reducing stress. Consult with an Ayurvedic professional for personalized yoga recommendations and to ensure these practices are safe given your medical history. While these suggestions might alleviate some symptoms, it's crucial to continue working closely with your healthcare providers, especially considering your complex health history. If you experience any worsening symptoms or severe pain, seeking immediate medical attention is vital.
