Low testosterone can also contribute to fatigue, low mood, and sleep disturbances.

Ayurveda cannot replace hormone therapy completely, but it can support natural testosterone production, improve circulation, vitality, and sexual health, reduce inflammation, and help restore energy and motivation over time.

Treatment Plan:

1. Ama Pachana (First 3–5 days): Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tablet with warm water before meals, to improve digestion and remove accumulated toxins (Ama).

2. Internal Medications (After Ama Pachana): Ashwagandha Churna – 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk, to improve testosterone, vitality, and reduce stress.
