The symptoms you’re describing point towards a possible Pitta dosha imbalance according to Ayurvedic principles. The excess heat suggests that Pitta, the dosha associated with fire and water, might be aggravated in your body. To address this, you can take a multi-faceted approach involving diet, lifestyle modifications, and specific Ayurvedic practices.

First, consider your diet. Avoid spicy, sour, and salty foods, as these can increase Pitta. Opt for cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon, and sweet fruits, which help pacify the heat. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help with the excessive thirst. Incorporate herbs such as coriander, fennel, and mint, which have Pitta-pacifying properties, into your meals. Ghee can also be beneficial; using a small spoonful on your meals can help cool down your body heat.

Lifestyle changes are also necessary. Begin incorporating cooling practices like moonlit walks in the evening, which calms and cools the body and mind. Avoid staying in too much direct sunlight or engaging in strenuous activities during the peak of the day. Practice yoga asanas such as Janu Sirsasana and Shavasana that are soothing and help in calming the nervous system. Try meditation or Pranayama (breathing exercises) such as Sheetali or Sheetkari to regulate emotions and cool your internal heat.

For immediate relief, an application of sandalwood paste mixed with rose water on the forehead can help reduce heat and headache. Bathing with a few drops of lavender essential oil, known for its cooling and calming effects, might assist in reducing overall body heat. Also, ensure you are wearing cotton clothing that is airy and allows heat dissipation.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it’s crucial to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner or a healthcare professional. It’s always best to seek personalized advice, especially if you experience severe symptoms like headaches.

Thankyou doctor ji

It seems like you might be dealing with an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which can lead to excessive internal heat. This Ayurvedic perspective can explain symptoms like excessive body heat, anger, thirst, and headaches, which are typically linked to too much heat in the body. Let’s explore some adjustments that might help balance this Pitta predominance.

Begin by adjusting diet and lifestyle. Consume foods with a cooling and calming nature such as cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods as these can aggravate Pitta. Also, consider integrating coriander and fennel seeds into meals or as a tea to naturally cool the body.

For the headaches and heat in the head, applying coconut oil on your scalp can provide relief. It’s soothing and counters excess heat. Consider practicing sheetali pranayama, a breathing technique known for its cooling effects, daily in the morning. This can help moderate both the physical heat and emotional disturbances like anger.

Hydration is key, so increase water intake but make it lukewarm rather than cold, which could disrupt your digestive fire. Herbal infusions of mint or rose can be beneficial. Keep your environment cool and wear lightweight clothing to manage sweating.

Observe these changes over a few weeks. However, if symptoms persist or escalate, you should consult a physician to rule out other potential concerns. Always seek a professional evalution when new or severe symptoms arise.
