–Rx 1)Trayodashang Guggulu – 2 tab BD after meals with Luke warm water. 2)Yograj Guggulu – 2 tab BD after meals. 3)Dash mool Kwath – 20 ml BD before meals with equal Luke warm water. 4)Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g HS with Luke warm milk. —External Treatment Massage lower back with Mahanarayan Taila daily. Local steam (Swedana) 10–15 min. If available: Kati Basti for 7–10 days. —Yoga Bhujangasana Makarasana Setu Bandhasana —Advice Avoid long sitting, heavy lifting, cold foods. —Follow-up after 15 days.

Pranam mam I am also a bams final year student Now I take yograj gugulu , panchamruta louha gugulu , vata gajankusha rasa , ekanga vira rasa. Change this medication according your prescription or adding the rest medicine with this . Please give me advice mam
