I was suffering from pcos in my teenage long time then through lifestyle change cured it but now I'm suffering from irregular menstruation but I don't have any cyst right now. I had periods after 3 months then non-stop bleeding right now I'm taking progesterone pills.In medical college it's hard for me to maintain proper lifestyle and stress.I don't want to continue allopathy medications.
