I am feeling super drained lately, like I can barely get out of bed some days, and I think I might need something to help boost me up. So I heard about this herbal tonic called dasamoolarishtam and I’m really curious! My friend said it’s supposed to be good for energy, but I’m having a hard time understanding how it actually works? I’ve tried supplements before but they didn’t really do anything for me. I actually went to the doctor thinking it’s maybe something serious and they just told me to rest, but I hate just waiting around feeling this way. I’ve even cut out all the junk food thinking it might help but it just sorta feels like I’m going in circles. Have any of you tried dasamoolarishtam yourselves? What’s your experience been? Like, does it help with fatigue as much as people say? It’s so frustrating because I wanna be active, like I used to be, but everything seems to be too much. What’s the proper dosage too?
