I am really curious about this whole ashwagandha pak thing. So, I’ve been feeling kinda stressed lately, like more than usual, ya know? Juggling work, family stuff, and just life. My friend mentioned ashwagandha pak might help, but I honestly don’t know much about it. I even read that it could help with anxiety and maybe even improve my energy? I tried some other herbal remedies before, but I got mixed results... So, I’m just a bit hesitant. Last week, I was at the health food store, and I also picked up some ashwagandha powder, but I'm not sure if I should stick with that or actually try the pak. I mean, is there really a difference? Like, is one more potent than the other?? I was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices, and I don’t wanna waste my time or money on something that doesn't work. Plus, I’ve a super active job and it’s hard to juggle all this... Has anyone else felt this way and found ashwagandha pak helped? Did it really make a difference?
