I am feeling really confused and kinda frustrated right now. So, I’ve been dealing with this ongoing issue of fatigue and low energy, like it’s been weeks, maybe even months. I thought it might just be stress or something, but it’s turned into more than that. My doctor suggested I try this amycordial forte syrup, saying it could help with my overall vitality and maybe boost my energy levels, but to be honest, I'm skeptical. I started taking it a week ago, and I can't tell if it's even working! Sometimes I feel like I have a bit more pep in my step, but then I crash again after a few hours. I've been reading about amycordial forte syrup and its uses, and there seems to be a lot of good stuff in it – like those herbs that promote health and energy. But could it really be just a placebo effect? How long does it take to feel the full benefits? I've been following the dosage, but I'm worried I’m not doing it right or that it won’t be enough to really help. Also, I've noticed my sleep hasn't been great either – tossing and turning.
