For your different types of headache, which is due to imbalance in PITTA and VATA, definitely, you can try jyotishmati taila nasya in the morning that is two drops in each nostril Avoid pouring plain ghee to nostril Can do gentle face massage and steam before nasya Regular sleep with regular meals, take warm food Do Pranayam Yoga meditation Take Ashwagandha capsule daily Avoid cold, spicy and fermented foods

For addressing your concerns with headaches, lightheadedness, and vertigo, it's important to first understand the underlying imbalance causing these issues. As you mentioned, your prakriti is pitta, which means you might naturally tend towards heat and intensity in your body. However, your symptoms suggest some involvement of vata, possibly aggravating and causing imbalances that manifest as headaches and dizziness. Since you already used ghee nasya for a period without much benefit, it might be good to consider the combination you mentioned. Jyotishmati oil, known for its vata and kapha-pacifying properties, can indeed be helpful in calming nervous system and promoting mental clarity. A2 cow ghee, with its soothing and nourishing qualities, can be excellent for pitta dosha and addressing dryness that often aggravated by vata. Try using Jyotishmati oil in the morning. Warm the oil slightly (not too hot, just comfortable) and administer 2-3 drops in each nostril, lying down for a few minutes to ensure proper absorption. At night before sleep, A2 cow ghee can be used in the same manner. If these do not help, consider exploring medicated ghritas like Brahmi or Kalyanak ghrita, which are traditionally used for neurological and cognitive support. However, before integrating these into your regimen, consulting with an Ayurvedic physician is advisable as they can provide deeper insights based on your complete health picture. It's also crucial to incorporate lifestyle and dietary changes, Eat cooling foods, avoid excessive spicy or heating foods, and engage in calming and grounding activities like pranayama or meditation. This holistic approach might give you a more sustained relief from symptoms. Persistence is key, and letting the body adapt with new regimen takes time, always listen to what your body tells you and make changes as needed. Safety first, if symptoms acutae or persist it's wise to seek further medical evaluation promptly.
