Full body pain , acid reflux , weak digestion and full body stress , I feel like something is wrong, some times my chest start paining ,sometimes I feel heaviness on shoulders and back , sometimes I have pain in legs as well

The root causes are 1)Weak agni(mandagni)= your digestion is not cooking food properly -In ayurveda ,agni(digestive fire) is the core of health. when it becomes dull due to stress, irregular food habits, eating cold/stale food etc, digestion becomes incomplete->forming Ama(toxins) -Ama is sticky, unprocessed food matter. It -blocks energy channels(srotas) -causes bloating and gas -moves to different tissues, causing body pain -makes you feel dull, heavy,and weak

AGNI DOWN->AMA UP->GAS+PAIN+ACIDTY+FATIGUE

2)Vata-vyapti(vata overactivity) when digestion is weak, vata dosha gets disturbed-especially in colon and nerves. *vata disturbance causes -GAS,BLOATING=vata stuck in colon(apana vata) -CHEST TIGHTNESS/PAIN= vata moving upward(udana vata) -BACK,SHOULDER PAIN= vata occupying spaces(joints and bone marrow) -LEG PAIN=vata moving erratically (Vyana vata) -STRESS,INSOMNIA= vata affecting mind and prana.

3)Acid reflux=pitta aggravated+vata pushing it upward you are likely experiencing Amlapiita, a condition where: -digestive acids are overproduced -due to irregular food habits, spicy/oily food, stress) -vata pushes this acidic content upward, causing- burning, throat irritation, chest heaviness, indigestion and sour burps

4)Psychosomatic link- Gut and Mind -your gut and brain are deeply connected via gut-brain axis. - stress affects digestion by increasing cortisol and adrenaline. -these hormones tighten your abdominal and back muscles, reduce blood flow to gut, and slow peristalsis->gas builds up -vata increases->thoughts race, body gets stiff, and digestion collapses further THIS IS WHY YOU FEEL -something is wrong in your body -all symptoms moving around- chest, back,legs,shoulders

5)Why Gas radiates like body pain trapped gas presses against muscles and nerves -Upward->chest pain(mimics heart pain),shoulder heaviness -Downward->leg cramps. -Around navel->bloating, abdominal tightness You may feel like you have nerve pain, but it’s actually vata pressing on nerve endings due to trapped gas+toxins

So the total treatment is planned for 40 days remember only taking medicines will not help so with internal medications, proper diet, yoga pranayam,and lifestyle modifications also plays major role in healing

#STAGE 1=DEEPAN+PACHAN(BOOSTS DIGESTION AND REMOVE TOXINS) -take for 40 days continue to get relief 1)Hingwastaka churna-'1 tsp with warm water after meals twice daily= improves digestion, reduces gas instantly

2)Avipattikar churna- 1 tsp with warm water-before sleep at bedtimme=controls acid,promotes bowel movement

3)Sutsekhar ras- 1 tab with water after meals twice daily=for acid reflux and chest tightness

4)Arogyavardhini vati- 1 tab after lunch= detoxifies liver, regulates pitta

#STRICTLY AVOID- -cold water or cold milk -raw vegetables, salads,fruits from fridge,sprouts -leftovers,bakery items -tea,coffee,spicy,fried or packaged foods -maida,besan,curd,cheese,chaat,noodles -eating after 8pm -eating in a rush or emotional state

#STAGE 3- VATA-PITTA PACIFYING YOGA+PRANAYAM DAILY ROUTINE=20-30 MIN -pawanmuktasana-morning= relieves trapped abdominal gas

-setubandhasana- morning= opens chest and relieves upper pressure

-vajrasana(5-10 min post meals)= improves digestion

-Anulom-vilom- morning and evening= calms nervous system, balances vata-pitta

-Bhramari pranayam- night= relieves chest pressure and mental noise

-Shavasana- after yoga= relaxes full body and nerves

most importantly suryanamsakr-5 cycles daily in morning

#STAGE 4- HOME DETOX+SLEEP RESET

*HOME DETOX DRINKS 1)Ajwain+Saindhav lavana(1:1)-1/2 tsp with warm water post meals 2)Jeera+Dhaniya+Fennel decoction- boil 1/2 tsp each in 2 cups->reduce to 1 cup 3)haritaki Churna-1 tsp with warm water at night->cleanses colon

SLEEP TIPS -no phone after 9:30 pm -warm sesame oil foot massage at night daily -drink warm milk with ashwagandha before bed -sleep by 10:30 pm -use dim yellow lighting in evening

weekly plan you can follow

mon-wed= light food,hingwastaka etc medicines,yoga+pranayam

thur= Nasya(instil 2 drops of Anu taila in each nostril morning empty stomach, with other medications, diet and yoga pranayam

fri= haritaki 1 tsp at night with other medications

sat= warm oil full body massage with sesame oil

sun= rest, deep breathing, calming

#tips for “something is wrong” in your feeling -this is not in your head. you are having mix of poor gut health+nervous system overdrive

-slow down your eating- chew food 32 times and eat in silence -daily walk barefoot on grass -daily walk 30 min after dinner-very important
