I am really struggling to figure out how to balance vata dosha lately. So, a little backstory — I’ve been feeling super anxious and my digestion has been all over the place. I noticed my skin is also dry and flaky, which I thought was weird. My diet has been kind of erratic too, like one day I'm eating healthy, then the next fast food. Not sure if that's contributing, but it can't be helping! I tried meditation and some calming herbal teas, but I feel like something's missing. Like, my sleep is all over the place and I keep winding up feeling restless.
