I am really struggling to figure out how to balance vata dosha lately. So, a little backstory — I’ve been feeling super anxious and my digestion has been all over the place. I noticed my skin is also dry and flaky, which I thought was weird. My diet has been kind of erratic too, like one day I'm eating healthy, then the next fast food. Not sure if that's contributing, but it can't be helping! I tried meditation and some calming herbal teas, but I feel like something's missing. Like, my sleep is all over the place and I keep winding up feeling restless. I read that balancing vata dosha can really help with anxiety and digestive issues, but I'm not sure what steps I should be taking. Should I focus more on certain foods, or maybe even lifestyle changes? Also, how do I tell if I might have too much vata in general? There’s just a lot to think about and I wanna get it right, y’know? Any advice would be super appreciated!!
