I am really trying to figure out how to consume shilajit resin properly, like, I've read stuff online but honestly, I'm still confused. So, here's the deal: I got this pure shilajit resin from a trusted supplier after hearing how amazing it could be for energy and overall health. But now that I have it, I just don't know the best way to use it. I mean, do I mix it with water? Or should I be adding it to my milk? I've tried a tiny bit with hot water but the taste isn’t exactly pleasant! 🤢 There's also this guide I found that said something about having it with honey... Would that make a difference? And what about dosage?! Like, how much is too much or too little for someone just starting out? My friend said shilajit resin helped with her fatigue and I seriously need some energy boost.
