I am really curious about something. I recently came across gond katira, and I gotta tell you, I’ve been trying it out, but I am not sure how often I should be eating it. Last week, my friend recommended it for better digestion and cooling effects in summer. It’s been super hot here, and I've noticed my stomach has been a bit off too. So, of course, I thought, why not? I even made a cool drink with it! 😅 But now I wonder, can we eat gond katira daily? Like, is it safe for everyday consumption? I read online that it has a bunch of benefits, but I’m. Just a bit hesitant. What if it messes up my stomach more than helping? I’ve stuck to small amounts daily, but is that enough? Or should I really keep track of how much I'm having? Any thoughts from those who've tried it out long-term? Should I be cautious at all about it or is it a no-brainer?
