I am really worried about my skin lately, especially because I've been trying to go for that glowing skin look everyone talks about. I’ve heard so many people rave about cod liver oil, like it’s some kind of magic potion! But I'm not sure how to use cod liver oil for glowing skin effectively. Do I take it as a supplement or is there a way to apply it topically? I’ve heard both options are good but honestly, I feel kinda lost here. Last week, I started taking cod liver oil capsules, and I think I can see a tiny bit of difference, but then again, my friends say it takes longer. On top of that, I tried rubbing a little bit on my face last night, and now I’m worried that might not be right. Like, how to use cod liver oil for glowing skin without messing it up?
