How to get rid of back acne and abscess - #24791

Shah Hanan

Hello doctor Age 20 Mere back pe pichhle ek saal se lagataar acne aur abscess ho rahe hain. Kabhi ye bade aur pus se bhare hote hain, aur kabhi chhote chhote daane nikalte hain jo dard dete hain. Ye problem regular nahi hoti — kabhi ek hafte tak kuch nahi hota, aur phir achanak se dubara nikal aate hain. Is wajah se mere poore back pe kaafi daag-dhabbe (marks/scars) pad gaye hain. Ye problem ab uncomfortable aur thodi pareshaan karne wali ho gayi hai. Agar aap mujhe Unani dawa recommend kar sakein to bahut acha hoga, kyunki mere area mein koi Ayurvedic medical store available nahi hai, aur delivery services bhi filhaal kaam nahi kar rahi hain. Aapke jawab ka intezaar rahega. Shukriya Unani medicine mein. I use itrafal shahtara,,, mussafi khoon and clear up syrup , bohot improvement hui but abhi bhi problem ho rahi hai

It sounds like you're dealing with quite the persistent issue with back acne and abscesses. While you're currently utilizing Unani treatments, it's important to approach this from a holistic perspective, even if direct access to Ayurvedic products is limited. First step is to address the potential root causes like diet and lifestyle. Acne often relates to Pitta imbalance in Ayurveda, which signifies excess heat in the body. Try incorporating cooling foods such as fresh fruits, especially melons, and vegetables like cucumber into your diet. They help in balancing Pitta. Avoid hot, spicy, oily, and acidic foods, they can worsen the situation. Hydration is crucial. Consuming adequate water helps in detoxifying your body. Aim for at least 2-3 liters per day, but don't overdo it — listen to your body's signals. Bathing with neem water might be helpful, even if Ayurvedic stores are out of reach. Boil neem leaves in water, allow it to cool, and use this for final rinse after regular bathing. Neem has antibacterial properties and can soothe the skin. If Unani treatments had shown progress, it might be a good idea to consult a practitioner to tweak or adjust your doses rather than switching entirely. Lastly, maintain cleanliness. Change your bed linens frequently and wear loose-fitting, breathable clothing to avoid fabric friction and sweat accumulation. Persistent or severe cases require a professional health practitioner's attention, even if it's via telemedicine given your access restrictions. They’d provide nuanced advice tailored to your body's needs.
